Carmen began her practice in Auckland and continued to build her extensive knowledge base in Hong Kong and China before returning to New Zealand and continuing her work. Both internationally and locally, her focus has been high-end commercial leasing. She has worked on leases for everything from retail parks and malls to high-tech industrial estates, data centres and commercial developments.

As Senior Associate at Glaister Keegan, she also acts for clients in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
