I specialise in providing legal and strategic advice to clients involved in commercial and civil disputes, with a particular focus on contract, property, company and insolvency law. I also frequently provide advice on regulatory compliance in a range of both established and emerging industries. 

I am an advocate for alternative dispute resolution and carry this ethos into my practice, having resolved a variety of complex disputes through negotiation or mediation. My goal is to resolve conflicts in a way that minimises the cost, stress, and uncertainty often associated with litigation. 

When negotiation or mediation is not possible, I will represent clients across all legal forums, from specialist Tribunals, through to the District and High Courts, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
