As a senior registered legal executive with over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector, my work includes a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions, and I have developed an invaluable understanding of client needs. 

I also act for private lending clients and our in-house [Contributory Mortgages](https://www.glaister.co.nz/investments/) entity, Vulcan Mortgages. This includes managing the mortgage portfolio including assessing, documenting and advancing loans and subsequent administration, as well as repayments and liaising with borrowers. 

Clients value my in-depth knowledge of conveyancing as well as my highly responsive, relatable, and pragmatic approach. I enjoy working with clients to provide them with sound advice that adds value and delivers the best client outcomes. 

 I bring high-quality technical skills and a determination to resolve any complex issues, while delivering people-focused and practical advice to my clients. 

I am a Registered Legal Executive and Associate of the NZILE Institute and the NZ Law Society including the Property Law Section. 

My expertise includes: 
- Assisting with the buying and selling of residential properties, including apartments and new ‘off the plans’ and ‘land and build’ developments, and commercial properties. 
- Acting for borrowers and lenders in relation to the procurement and refinancing of loans.
- Mortgage portfolio management. 

I am also involved with a number of charities in my local community.
