As a member of the Family Law team, my work includes advising clients on relationship property law issues, parenting, custody matters, and court proceedings. I also advise clients on estate litigation and personal property rights.
The breakdown of family relationships can be very complex and stressful. When meeting new clients, I strive to understand where they are at, what brought them to that point, and what is important to them; so that, I can: - provide clear advice about how the law will apply to them; - discuss options for dealing with their matter; and - give practical and pragmatic advice to help clients get the best outcome - both short and long term.
With extensive experience in family law since 1999, I have a particular interest in relationship property and trust matters.
I favour a pragmatic approach to resolving matters, as I have a keen interest in mediation and working closely with a range of professionals such as expert accountants, psychologists, and barristers to ensure ALL of my clients’ needs are met.
Leading the family law team at Glaister Keegan, I ensure clients fully understand, and are supported, throughout the process.
